General Contracting
When hired for general contracting services we begin by assessing the project and associated documents. In the case of renovations, a site visit is required to get a better understanding of the project. Projetech utilises our experienced staff to then calculate the cost of the project and provide the client with an estimate. The general contractor considers the cost of materials and equipment as well as the cost of labor to provide the owner with an approximate price for the project.
Contract documents include a budget, any general and special conditions, and blueprints and specifications prepared by a design professional. We are happy to work with your architect of choice or to recommend one based on our extensible experience with many of the architects here in Turks and Caicos and abroad.
We take care of the logistics and management of all of the material, labour, equipment and services necessary for the completion of your project. We screen and hire specialized subcontractors to perform all or portions of the construction work based on the project requirements. Every detail of the process can be handled by our experienced and professional staff from site/location scouting, land sale, building permit applications, securing the property, providing temporary utilities on site, managing personnel on site, providing site surveying and engineering, disposing of or recycling construction waste, monitoring schedules and cash flows, and more!
