Rock House phase 2, “The Reserve” is a mixture of 10 luxury units comprising of 4 two stories 3 bedrooms, 2 two stories 5 bedrooms, 3 single story 2 bedrooms, and 1 single story 3 bedroom. The Reserve units are designed by Coast architects and are distinctly similar but larger to the phase 1 development homes, each having its own individual pool. This has expanded the total number of accommodations on Rock House to 46. The initial site clearance began in the spring of 2022 and the last unit is due to be completed by November 2024.
