Coppenrath Villas consists of Two(2) Single storey structures; each with four(4) Bedrooms, three(3) bathrooms, pool and covered pool terrace. Villa A also includes a basement area that consists of a storage area and pump room. It is located on Blue Mountain, Providenciales on a .59 acre lot adjacent to the Rock House resort. Both structures have 2,240 sf of internal A/C space on the ground floor level; with Villa A including and additional 289 sf of basement area to make use of the sloping topography.
